Mama’s Sinugbang Baboy Recipe

[Inihaw na Liempo/Grilled Pork Belly]

Serves: 5

Ingredients:
1 kg pork belly (sliced ala pork chop)
4 oz Sprite/7 Up
4 tbsp Soy sauce
2 tbsp Vinegar
Salt

Mix and marinate for 1.5 hours. Grill. Slice and serve. Lol.

For the sauce, dice tomatoes and red onion. Add to soy sauce, vinegar, and a pinch of salt. Serve separately in a saucer. People like me skip the sauce.
